Level 1 and Level 2 beds can be used with any membership. The Level 1 is a 30 minute maximum bed that’s great for relaxing. Our level 2 beds are our hi-intensity bed. This has a 15 minute maximum and a higher level of UVB for customers with darker skin. An important thing to look at when picking a bed is the level of UVB. UVB rays are going to give you more immediate color, but that color is redder and will not last as long. The reason that our hi intensity bed is 15 minutes as opposed to thirty minutes is because it has almost twice the amount of UVB as the thirty minute bed. Our level 3, 4, and 5 tanning beds are a little different. They use a new reflector bulb technology and have more features. The higher up in levels you go, the browner tan you’ll get in less time, and the longer your tan will last.
Our level 3 bed is our VHR. This bed has less of the UVB than the thirty minute bed. It is a 20 minute maximum. We also have a level 3 leg tanner (10 min max.) which is great for hard to tan legs and you don’t even need to get totally undressed!
In the level 4 we have our turbo beds. We have them in both stand up and lie down form. Our lie downs are 12 or 15 minutes and our stand-ups are even quicker. The lie down beds have facial tanners. The difference between these beds and the VHR is there are more bulbs and a higher wattage so you tan quicker. There are only 2.5% UVB rays in the turbo beds. In the level 4 we also have a Sunless Spray booth. It is built like a shower stall and it evenly distributes artificial tanning in the form of a mist. *(It is the same basic principle as mystic tan, only it is made by a different manufacture and the solution develops over a period of time alleviating the probability of rubbing off on your clothing)* If you are doing the spray for the first time, be sure to allow yourself able time to watch a short informative video and have us walk you through the process before you actually use the booth.
Our level 5 tanning bed is the Cayenne. It is the highest intensity bed that we have in the salon. It is a 12 minute max and less than 1% of the rays are UVB. This bed has adjustable facial bulbs and adjustable body bulbs. The fan is also controllable from inside the bed. It has internal speakers so headphones are not needed, and a water mister to keep you cool. This bed is going to give you the darkest tan in the least amount of time and it is going to last the longest. It is also the largest and most comfortable bed in the salon.
Airbrush tanning is the newest innovation in UV free tanning. The airbrush solution works with the amino acids in the top layer of your skin to produce a natural tan just like the sun. The fast drying, non-sticky, streak free, and non orange discoloration formula is ideal for instant satisfaction. Ordor inhibitor eliminates the odror associated with sunless products, leaving the skin with a freah smell. Airbursh tanning will fade gently just as a real suntan. In just a couple minutes you will have a beautiful tan with the most natural looking sunless spray tan avaliable.
